Special Interest Classes

Power Yoga: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic series of flowing postures linked by breath, used as a fitness regimen unto itself, or as part of an exercise program. It incorporates stress relief, flexibility and strength exercises. Both multi-level classes and intermediate classes are available. Yoga Therapy is a more targeted form of Power Yoga, focusing more on posture and trouble spots including back and joint health.  "Namaste!"

T'ai Chi: A "gentle" martial art involving smooth and vigorous movement. This class promotes balance, coordination, mental and physical concentration, and a sense of well being. Perfect for the member that wants to combine physical strength, grace, and mental focus.

Guts & Butts: A midsection class designed to safely strengthen and stretch your abdominals, hips and lower back. Not for the squeamish!


Cardio & Strength Classes


Step: An aerobics class that uses a variable-height bench to create a more intense and interesting workout. Classes vary in intensity, choreography and difficulty.

Basic Step: A beginner's step aerobics class.

Body Sculpting: A total body multi-level strengthening and toning class, creating a resistance workout using Fit-Balls, body bands and hand weights.

Step & Sculpt: A combination of aerobic step class and body sculpting.

Interval Aerobics: A combination class that interchanges periods of aerobic and strength moves.

Cardio-Boxing, Step & Box: A combination of aerobics and upper-body boxing moves.

Note: If you are new to a class, please take the time to introduce yourself to the instructor, and make them aware of any medical concerns you may have. This will help us create the most ideal workout environment for you.



Club Hours

Regular:   Our hours are Mon-Fri 5am-10pm, Sat 7am-6pm, Sun 8am-5pm.

Summer:   From mid-June through early October, we close Sundays at 1pm.


Open M/F 5am-10pm, Sat 7am-6pm, Sun 8am-5pm
